What happens in the first hour

Short answerPayment clears in Stripe, the account is created automatically, and the login email follows, usually within minutes and never more than 24 hours. You customize GoHighLevel yourself in the editor and install it with one pasted line.

There is no onboarding call and nothing to send us. Log in at the customizer, change the temporary password, choose a theme and a login design, and preview them. When it looks right, copy the line from the install screen into Agency Settings > Company > White Label > Custom JS. From then on every change you publish goes live on its own.

How much does a GHL Customizer account cost?

Shingle is $197, Storm Ready is $477, Full Replacement is $967, each a one-time payment in USD with lifetime access. There is no monthly fee and no renewal.

Is it really one-time, with no subscription?

Yes. You pay once by card through Stripe and the account stays yours. One-time payment, lifetime access. You keep receiving engine updates because the line you paste into GoHighLevel always loads the current version.

What does Storm Ready add over Shingle?

Storm Ready costs $280 more and adds the tools an office uses all day: the dashboard designer (18 designs), the pipeline designer (12 designs), mega menus and a floating quick menu, the contact actions bar, announcements and sub-account self-service. Limits rise to 2 workspaces and 5 team members.

What does Full Replacement add over Storm Ready?

Full Replacement costs $490 more and adds the website toolkit: 43 popups (up to 15 live), 94 notifications (up to 15 live), 134 calculators (up to 10 live) and 51 floating widgets (up to 10 live), widget leads sent into GoHighLevel and a white-label editor.

Can I move to a bigger package later?

Yes, contact our support team and ask about moving your account to a higher package. Because everything is saved in the same account, your templates and published designs stay where they are.

What happens right after I pay?

Stripe confirms the payment, the account is created automatically and your login (email plus a temporary password) is sent to the email you entered, usually within minutes and at most 24 hours. Then you log in, change the password and start customizing.

Do I need to give you my GoHighLevel login?

Never. You install the customizer yourself by pasting one line into your own agency settings. We do not ask for, and you should never send anyone, your GoHighLevel password.

What does "workspace" mean in the limits?

A workspace is one brand: its own theme, login page, menus and widgets. A roofing company needs one. An agency that runs separate brands for different roofing clients can use up to 3 on Full Replacement.

Can I try it before I buy?

Yes, as far as the designs go: every module page has a live preview that runs the same engines your account uses, with no login. Accounts are digital products covered by the site refund policy, so test the previews first. If the install gives you trouble after purchase, our support team will help you get it working.

Do prices include tax?

Prices are shown in USD. Any sales tax or VAT that applies in your location is calculated by Stripe at checkout before you pay.
