When will the snapshot actually be installed?
Within 1 business day of receiving your onboarding form. Orders placed Mon–Fri get installed the same or next business day. Weekend / US-holiday orders ship the next business day.
What if I don't have a GoHighLevel account yet?
Reply to your receipt email and we send you a 14-day free GHL trial link plus our recommended plan. We can also install into a brand-new agency account during onboarding.
Will I be on a call with someone?
No calls required — most clients prefer async Loom walkthroughs. If you want a kickoff Zoom or training session, that comes out of your 10 dedicated hours and we schedule it from the onboarding form.
